GNCC Health Care Reform Action
4-8 PM, Weds., June 24

+ organizers arriving to start Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. are asked to arrive by Monday evening
+ anyone wishing to stay an extra night may do so for a slight extra fee
+ three nights’ lodging and two days of meals.

1. The base rate for everyone is $225. This covers

• a. overnight lodging for Mon., June 22, Tue., June 23 and Weds., June 24
• b. meals from breakfast on Tues., June 23 through breakfast on Thurs., June 25

2. Anyone coming in early or staying late:

• a. lodging will cost an additional $37 per night
• b. you will be on your own for meals at the college cafeteria (open till 7 PM for supper; open at 7 AM   for breakfast)

Schedule:
Monday, June 22
Organizers of Color Retreat starts at 3 PM

Tuesday, June 23
Staff Retreat Begins at 9:00 AM (please plan to come in the night before)

Wednesday, June 24
Staff Retreat concludes at Noon
Congressional visits in the afternoon with Gamaliel Leaders
Interfaith Service for Healthcare Reform (4:00 PM) – see flyer  – this is the event to which Gamaliel Affiliates are being asked to make a commitment to turn out

Thursday, June 25
Proposed HCAN rally for health care around noon for those able to stay
